Why TikTok Shop photos get rejected
TikTok Shop product images must be 1:1 squares of at least 600 × 600 px and 10 MB or less. Phone photos are usually 4:3 or 9:16, so they need cropping or padding first.
TikTok Shop doesn’t publish a recommended size. We use 1200 × 1200 px, twice the minimum, so images stay sharp without large files.
