Why Amazon photos get rejected
Amazon can suppress a listing whose main image breaks its rules: a background that is not pure white (RGB 255), a product that fills less than 85% of the frame, or an image too small for zoom. A light grey background can look white but still fail.
This tool removes the background (or cleans a near-white one to pure white), trims empty margins so the product fills about 90% of the frame and saves a 2000 × 2000 px JPG. It then measures the result and shows which rules pass. If something fails, fix the cutout by hand and it is checked again.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my Amazon main image suppressed?
Usually the background is not pure white, the product is too small in the frame, or there is text or a logo on the image. Run the photo through this checker to see which rule fails.
Can this remove a colored background?
Yes, on a computer in Chrome or Edge: turn on “Remove background”. If the AI misses a spot, fix it with the brush in “Edit cutout”.
Is PixListing free?
Yes. PixListing is free to use and needs no account. Files can be up to 25 MB, 20 images per batch.
