Watermark photos
Watermark photos with your name or logo, all at once. Drag it where you want it on the preview, size it and set how see-through it is.
Good to know
How it works
- Type a text, such as your name or your shop’s web address, or choose your logo (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 300 KB).
- The preview shows the mark as it will be saved: drag it to move it, drag its corner to resize it, or tap the photo to put it there. The Place buttons put it in a corner or the center.
- The mark is placed and sized as a share of each photo, so it sits in the same spot and looks the same on a small photo and a large one.
- “Repeat across the photo” tiles the mark at a slant, so it can’t simply be cropped off.
- Your text, logo and placement are kept in this browser for next time.
A watermark that protects without spoiling the photo
A corner mark at 50 to 70% opacity signs the photo and leaves it pleasant to look at. A tiled mark protects best but gets in the way of the picture: keep it for previews you share before a sale.
Questions
Can a watermark be removed?
A corner mark can be cropped off, and AI tools can paint over marks. A tiled mark is much harder to remove. No watermark makes copying impossible; it makes it harder and shows who took the photo.
Should I watermark product photos for a marketplace?
Check the marketplace first: Amazon’s main image must have no logos or watermarks, and other marketplaces have rules too. Watermarks suit your own website, social posts and photos you send to others.
Is PixListing free?
Yes. PixListing is free to use and needs no account. On the free plan you can add up to 100 photos at once, 50 MB each.
