How the 100KB target is reached
- Quality is lowered until the file is 100KB or less, never below quality 30.
- If that is not enough, the image is scaled down step by step; the final dimensions are shown.
- 100KB is counted with 1 KB = 1,000 bytes, so the file also passes forms that count 1 KB as 1,024 bytes.
